# NextRival

> NextRival is a competitive outdoor interval-training game for Android by Banana Door. Two players receive the same timed movement commands, perform them in separate safe locations, and compare privacy-safe performance evidence.

## How the game works

- Sprint: best of three 30-second rounds with 45-second mandatory recovery.
- Endurance: best of five 60-second rounds with 75-second mandatory recovery.
- Commands: Sprint, Stop and 180 are delivered through audio, haptics and large on-screen words.
- Scoring: valid distance supplies 70 points, command execution 20 points and response quality 10 points.
- Competition: ranked rivals can be simultaneous runners, accepted human replays or calibrated synthetic performances.

## Privacy and fairness

- Raw GPS coordinates, routes and raw sensor streams stay on the phone.
- Only derived evidence such as distance, timing, sample counts and command outcomes may reach the server.
- Purchases are cosmetic or analytical and cannot affect competition.
- The initial audience is ages 16 and over.
